Museum member’s reception on Oct. 24
FLAGSTAFF — Flagstaff Nuestras Raíces and the Museum of Northern Arizona will present the 11th annual Celebracíones de la Gente on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 25 and 26 at the museum.
Scheduled entertainment includes Mariachi Sol Azteca, In Tlanextli Tlacopan Aztec Fire Dancers, Ballet Folklorico de Colores de Flagstaff and Los Compadres (Sunday only).
The celebration will also include storytelling by Zarco and Carmen Guerrero (Saturday only), sugar skull and papel picadoworkshops, food, arts and crafts booths and the historic courtyard filled with traditional altars/ofrendas.
The members-only preview will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24 at the museum.

Flagstaff Nuestras Raíces y el Museo del Norte de Arizona presentarán el 11 ª festival anual de Celebraciones de la Gente, sábado y domingo, el 25 de octubre y el 26 en el museo. Entretenimiento programado incluye Mariachi Sol Azteca, In Tlanextli Tlacopan Aztec Fire Dancers, el Ballet Folklórico de Colores de Flagstaff y Los Compadres (domingo).
