Friday, July 22 is the Last Day to Request An Early Ballot by Mail for August 2 Primary Election

The Coconino County Elections Office reminds registered voters that the last day to request an early ballot to be mailed to you for the August 2 Primary Election is Friday, July 22 at 5 pm. Voters may request an early ballot by going to www.coconino.az.gov/elections and select “Early Ballot Request” or they may call the Elections Office at 928-679-7860.

During the week of July 25 through July 29, voters will be able to vote an early ballot in person at one of the early voting locations listed below. 

Early voting is available Monday through Friday (unless otherwise noted) at the following locations:

Friday, May 6 is the Last Day to Request An Early Ballot by Mail for the May 17 CCC Special Election

The Coconino County Elections Office reminds registered voters that the last day to request an early ballot to be mailed to you for the May 17 Coconino Community College (CCC) Special Election is Friday, May 6.  Voters on the Active Early Voting List (AEVL) should have already received their early ballot by mail.  If not, you should call the Elections Office.

If you are not on the AEVL, but would like to get a Special Election early ballot by mail, you have until Friday, May 6, at 5:00 pm to make that request. 

To request a ballot be mailed to you, voters may call the Elections Office at 928-679-7860 or toll-free 800-793-6181.  Voters may also request an early ballot online at www.coconino.az.gov/elections and by clicking on “Early Ballot Request for May 17, 2022 Special Election.” 

Williams Unified School District #2 Special Election — Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021

The Coconino County Elections Office would like to remind voters residing in the Williams Unified School District #2 that they have until 7:00 p.m. on Election Day —Tuesday, November 2 — to return their voted ballots.  As of Thursday, October 28, the Elections Office had received 1,003 voted ballots.  A total of 4,069 ballots mailed were mail to district voters.

Voters are reminded that this election is a ballot-by-mail election and there will be no polling places on Election Day.  If a voter believes they are eligible to vote in this election and did not receive a ballot in the mail, the voter should call the Elections Office at (928) 679-7860 or toll free (800) 793-6181. 

‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered, Sticker’ — Coconino County offering drive-up ballot drop off on Oct. 24, 31

  The Coconino County Elections Office is offering drive up/ballot drop off service this coming Saturday, October 24 and Saturday, October 31.  The service will be available from 9 am to 1 pm in the parking lot at 110 E Cherry Ave, Flagstaff.

Return Your Early Ballot Now, due July 29

The Coconino County Elections Office reminds early voters that voted early ballots must be received no later than 7:00 pm on Election Day, August 4.  Early voters should put their voted early ballot in the mail no later than Wednesday, July 29 to ensure that it is received in time to be counted.

Coconino County Elections Urges Voters to Request Early Ballots

The Coconino County Elections Office urges voters to request an early ballot for the upcoming August 4 Primary and November 3 General Elections.  “Our office wants to make sure these two important elections are conducted in the safest manner possible for our voters, poll workers and staff,” stated County Recorder Patty Hansen. “Voting by mail is extremely secure and the best method for voting in these times of social distancing.”
