Keynote Ticket Reservations Now Open!
The Flagstaff Festival of Science is proud to welcome Indigenous food educator, scientist, and entrepreneur Mariah Gladstone as this year’s W. L. Gore & Associates keynote speaker. Her presentation, which opens the 10-day celebration of STEM in Northern Arizona, will explore the intersections of ecology, culture, land stewardship, and culinary science—all through the lens of food.
Gladstone will deliver the W. L. Gore & Associates Keynote Presentation at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 19, at Northern Arizona University’s Ardrey Auditorium. Tickets to her talk, “Indigenous Food Systems Science: Time-Tested Sustainability, Nutrition, and Ecology,” are now available for reservations. Tickets are free, however, they must be reserved in advance of the evening’s presentation.
Mark your calendars for September 19-28, 2025, and enjoy over 100 free events exploring the environmental, health, and cultural significance of food through the theme “Harvesting Knowledge.”
