
The event is free and open to the public.
The afternoon will consist of sugar skull decorating, a kid’s craft table, free food, piñata bashing, altar displays, face painting and fundraisers.
Participating NAU clubs and organizations include NAU’s Mariachi Mar y Sol, Kappa Delta Chi sorority, Gamma Alpha Omega sorority, Omega Delta Phi fraternity, Hermanas — United for Change, No More Deaths / No Más Muertes, Le Fe, M.E.Ch.A. and Art and Cultural Advocacy Association.
The event is also supported by the Coconino Hispanic Advisory Council (CHAC), Flagstaff Nuestras Raíces. Ballet Folkorico de Colores de Flagstaff and Latino Outdoors.
