FLAGSTAFF — The Coconino County Parks & Recreation will present a ‘Tamales and Tortillas Culinary Class” from 9 .m. to noon Saturday, May 4 at Sinagua Middle School, 3950 E. Butler Ave., Flagstaff, in the school’s culinary kitchen.
This program will teach you how to prepare home-made tortillas and tamales, complete with hands-on experience, recipes, and plenty of food-for-thought. Recipes include both meat and non-meat options.
