#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, this year’s #GivingTuesday will take place on November 30 and will kick off the giving season by inspiring people to collaborate and give back.

Sedona Arts Center is committed to arts education, personal development, and new opportunities to explore the creative process. Our school offers hundreds of classes and workshops each year, and our expanding outreach program brings the arts to those who might not otherwise have a creative outlet. An Active Ceramics Studio and Program
It’s no secret that the lower corner of our historic Art Barn is one of the most creative places in town. That’s because dozens of local ceramics artists learn and work in our studio there. Under the guidance of ceramics department head, Dennis Ott, the facility continues to grow and welcome the community in—then invites them to make things they never knew possible. Your donation will expand horizons and sustain the daily activities in the Art Barn.

One of the things we do, behind the scenes each and every day, is support the development of local artists. We work with hundreds to present their work, offer free training, and connect them with collectors, new commissions, and community partners. For almost 60 years, it’s been a part of our mission.
