APS UTILITY ASSISTANCE IS AN INCOME BASED PROGRAM AND REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS
1.Proof of Identification from all adults over 18+ in household
2.Current APS Bill
3.Proof of income from all 18+:
- Most recent pay stubs from the last 30 days
AHCCCS/ SNAP Award letter - Social Security Award letter
- VA Benefits
- Child Support Alimony
Walk-in or make an appointment!
Walk-ins are taken on a first come first serve basis.
