Addressing disparities in autism services
A $2.9 million grant from the National Institutes of Health is helping NAU investigators address racial and ethnic disparities in access to autism services such as behavioral therapy. To better understand the disparities children with intersecting identities face, the researchers plan to integrate data from a variety of different sources into a single analysis. The team hopes this data will inform programs and policies in the future.
