Origami Flower Take-and-Make Kit. Learn to create a 3D paper flower using a traditional origami technique. Instructions and paper are provided! Available April 1st - 30th at the Information Desk.
Flyer depicting program Crafty Corner. Express your creativity at the East Flagstaff Community Library! Every other Tuesday; March 25th, April 8th and 22nd, May 6th; 3:30 pm to 4:30pm. This kids program is for ages 3 plus.

   Flyer advertising the Wily Writers program. Flyer style resembles a piece of notebook paper. This is a weekly writing group. It takes place every Wednesday at the new time of 5:30pm, and is located in the Northwest corner of the Downtown Library. Make writing a habit with practice! With the use of prompts, time allotments, and group sharing, Wily Writers will learn more about their writing and support others along the way. You bring your writing tools and we’ll bring the fun!
Book Clubs
Flyer is advertising the Thursday Night Book Club. It has a bright orange background, and the graphics and highlights are also bright colors of turquoise, red, and pink. The book being advertised is “Anita de Monte Laughs Last” by Xochitl Gonzalez. The flyer also advertises additional dates and titles for the book club. On May 8th, at 6:00pm the book selection “Anita de Monte Laughs Last” by Xochitl Gonzalez. On June 12th, at 6:00pm, the book selection will be “The Invisible Hour” by Alice Hoffman. On July 10th, at 6:00pm, the book selection will be “The Dictionary People” by Sarah Ogilvie. Pick up a copy of the book at the Downtown Information Desk and meet in the downtown community room!
Flyer is advertising the LGBT+ Book Club. The flyer has a bright rainbow border on the left side of the page. There is also 2 hearts; one in the stripes of the lesbian flag, and one in the stripes of the trans flag. The book this month is “Cosmoknights” by Hannah Templer. There is a small photo of the book cover in the bottom left hand corner of the flyer. The book club will take place on May 12th at 6:30pm, at the East Flagstaff Community Library.
Flyer is advertising the Senior Book Club at the Joe C. Montoya Community & Senior Center. 3rd Monday of every month.  April 21st @ 1:00 PM Maame by Jessica George. The book up for reading discussion is The Underworld by Susan Casey May 19th. Next month, the book club choice will be “Wrong Place, Wrong Time” by Gillian McAllister. Flyer is advertising the Southwest Reads book club. This book club is every 4th Wednesday of every other month. There is a forest green border, and a light background of tree bark. On the left side of the flyer, a cover of the book selection, “Fire Season: Field Notes From a Wilderness Lookout”, by Philip Connors, is shown. This program will take place on May 28 in the Downtown Library Community Room. “A reflection on life as a fire lookout, the wildness of fire, our place in nature, and the charms of solitude”.
Youth Events
Flyer depicting Spring Storytime for the Downtown Library. The programs listed times for are Bouncing Babies on Tuesdays at 9:15am; Toddler Tales on Tuesdays at 10:00 am; Preschool Express on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am; Saturday Storytime is at the East Flagstaff Community Library at 10:30am Saturdays. The flyer shows a beautiful bright Spring background with spring graphics such as flowers and butterflies.
Flyer depicts the kids program, “Lego Club”, this club in particular will be located at the Downtown Library. The flyer itself shows graphics of colorful Lego stacked on top of each other in the bottom right corner and the top left corner. Building emojis climb on the Lego. Again this program will take place at the Downtown Library, on Mondays from 3:45pm to 4:45pm, on April 21st. The next and last Lego Club for spring will take place on May 5th. This program is for ages 5 plus.
Flyer depicting program Bards and Nobles. Dungeons and Dragons for teens. Spring 2025, ages 12 to 18. Every Wednesday from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Spring 2025 program runs March 19th to May 7th. At the Downtown Public Library. Registration is required “click image”.

Free Technology Instruction and Resume Help. 30-minute,one-on-one instruction sessions available for help with introductory software, creating email accounts, downloading eBooks, résumé development, online job applications, and more.
