Comprehensive Plan Public Hearings scheduled!

The Comprehensive Plan is a long-range policy document that guides the county’s growth and development and is based on public input about what county communities want to look like in the future.  It provides a twenty-year vision for the future physical, economic, and social development for the county, and contains maps, goals, policies, and implementation actions that guide decisions about the County’s future, in particular land use decisions.  

The County has updated the Plan and will hold public hearings this fall.  Opportunities for public comment will be available during the public hearings.  To submit written comments in advance email: mshaw@coconino.az.gov.
