Long-Term Recovery Plan survey for Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires

COCONINO COUNTY — Small businesses, community stakeholders and residents affected by the 2025 Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires are invited to take part in a community survey that will help shape long term recovery priorities.

This survey follows nine public listening sessions held across Coconino County in December 2025.

Your experiences matter, and your voice can directly influence how recovery resources are prioritized. Please complete the community survey by Jan. 30, 2026, if any of the following apply to you, your household, your community or your business:

  • Your business or livelihood was affected by a reduction in visitors.
  • You’ve seen local businesses struggle or close.
  • You were impacted by wildfire smoke.
  • You experienced community health concerns or needed services.
  • Your grazing, logging or other natural‑resource‑based work was affected.
  • You are concerned about cultural values for the rebuilding of the North Rim.

This input will help ensure the Long‑Term Recovery Plan (LTRP) reflects real community needs and lived experiences.

The survey is available at forms.office.com/r/8HMJRhddfw or by scanning the QR code.

Coconino County has partnered with AC Disaster Consulting (ACDC) to develop an LTRP addressing the impacts of the fires. The plan focuses on economy and tourism, health and social services and natural and cultural resources.

The County and ACDC team are working closely with local jurisdictions, Tribal Nations and communities and Grand Canyon communities to establish a task force in each focus area to guide recovery actions informed by community input. The final LTRP is expected to be released in March 2026.
