FLAGSTAFF — Applications have opened for Habitat for Humanity-Starter Homes. The deadline is Wednesday, Oct.14.
Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona’s Starter Home Program approaches affordable home ownership in an entirely new way, the organization stated on its website.
Starter homes are energy efficient, 500-square-foot stand-alone homes that provide an attainable path to homeownership for Flagstaff’s workforce.
Creating a path to homeownership builds stability and financial empowerment for homeowners and adds to the city’s affordable housing inventory, serving our community well into the future.
