FLAGSTAFF — The annual Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration (IPD) will be held from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12 at the Flagstaff Elks Lodge, 2101 N. San Francisco St., Flagstaff.
