FLAGSTAFF — The Literacy Center and United Way of Northern Arizona are partnering to bring together community organizations for a fun morning focused on reading, learning, and connecting families with resources in our community. This event, open to the whole Flagstaff Community, will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at Kinsey Elementary School, Flagstaff.
We’re inviting community partners to host a table with a fun, literacy-related activity for children and families. Activities can be simple and creative, and we’re happy to help brainstorm ideas if needed.
We’ll also be giving away books and bringing in some fun community guests to make the morning special for families.
If your organization would like to participate, please let us know by October 30th. Once you have confirmed, we will send out a reminder with additional details. And please feel free to share the invitation with other community partners who might be a good fit.
