The administration is choosing to prosecute mothers and fathers seeking refuge in the United States, and it is choosing to separate children from their parents.

We must stop the attack on families. Join the Council as we stand up for families and demand that all immigrants have a fair chance to pursue their immigration cases.

Together we can:

• Help ensure that families and others in detention have lawyers as they fight their deportation case. 
• Demand transparency and accountability around the government’s family separation policies.
• Doocument and expose examples of family separation.
• Educate the public around the issues impacting families, such as criminal prosecutions, asylum andalternatives to detention.
