
Registered voters that are not on the AEVL may request an early ballot be mailed to them by calling the Recorder’s Office, sending a written request to Coconino County Recorder’s Office, 110 E. Cherry Avenue, Flagstaff, AZ, 86001, or submitting an on-line request. The deadline to request an early ballot to be mailed to a voter is October 25.
Early voters that receive their early ballot by mail may sign up for BallotTrax, a ballot tracking service, that will send an email, text message or voice message about the status of your early ballot.
In-person early voting is available at several locations across the county. In-person early voting is available through Friday, November 1.
Voted early ballots may be returned through the U.S. mail, dropped off at an early voting location, dropped in an early ballot drop box, or at any polling place or vote center on Election Day.

“The November 5, 2024, General Election ballot is very long with several ballot questions. If you want to take your time filling out your ballot you may want to request an early ballot or vote early in-person”, said County Recorder Patty Hansen.
