Beginner Archery Clinic

Learn the basics of archery in a fun, beginner-friendly clinic at the Fort Tuthill County Park Archery Range. Participants will learn equipment basics, range safety, etiquette, terminology and beginner shooting skills. No experience is needed, and equipment is designed for new archers.

The clinic is open to ages 8 and up. Youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Escape the heat and visit Elizabeth “Liz” C. Archuleta County Park in the morning or evenings.

The park is a wonderful place to visit year-round, and in the summer heat, it can feel especially magical in the early morning or evening. Enjoy a walk through the parks’ gardens, view public art, Storybook Path, habitat areas and open spaces, or stop for a picnic, playtime or peaceful break outdoors. The park is located at 703 E. Sawmill Road in Flagstaff and is open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Coconino County Fair Early Bird Tickets on Sale now through July 31st. Regular-price tickets will be available online after July 31.

The Coconino County Fair returns Labor Day weekend, Sept. 4-7, to Fort Tuthill County Park.

Celebrate 135 years of Coconino County and 100 years of Route 66 at this year’s Fair, featuring exhibits, carnival rides, live entertainment, agriculture, livestock and fun for all ages.
Buy early, save money, and skip the long lines when fair day arrives!
