Culture Connection AZ warmly invites you to our Day of Love & Friendship Artist Market, a joyful community event celebrating local artists, creativity, and meaningful connection.

📍 Downtown Flagstaff: In the Historic Ice House

Come spend the afternoon browsing unique art from local makers, creating handmade cards at our card-making station, and soaking up the love-filled community vibes.

Bring a friend, meet new people, and celebrate love in all its forms—friendship, creativity, and community. We hope to see you there!

Resilience Revisited: The Women Continuing the Legacy

Nominations Open Now

As part of this exhibition, Culture Connection AZ is inviting the community to nominate women who are currently doing incredible work to strengthen and shape Flagstaff.

We are seeking nominations of women whose service, creativity, advocacy, leadership, or care for others is making a meaningful impact in our community today. These women may participate in nonprofits, education, business, arts and culture, health and caretaking, advocacy, grassroots organizing, or any other area that contributes to a stronger Flagstaff.

Selected nominees will be invited to attend the opening reception on Friday, March 6,during First Friday ArtWalk at the Historic Ice House, where they will be featured in a digital exhibition piece about the work they do and why it matters to them.

How to Nominate

Nominations should include:

  • Name of the woman being nominated

  • A brief description of the work she does and her impact on the Flagstaff community

  • Name and contact information of the person submitting the nomination

This event is about lifting up lived experiences, leadership, and care for our community. We look forward to honoring the women who continue to make Flagstaff a more resilient and inclusive place.
