The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all programmatic components of the Flagstaff Festival of Science’s annual 10-day science festival and related initiatives.
Key tasks include:
- Coordinate signature programs such as the W. L. Gore & Associates Keynote Presentation and Snook’s Science in the Park
- Oversee publicity and marketing efforts in alignment with organizational brand and goals
- Help manage volunteer coordination efforts, including assisting with the Ambassador Program and Intern Program
- Oversee the development and execution of post-event surveys and evaluation efforts, with support from ambassadors
