We’re looking forward to seeing you at our rescheduled extra special Annual Meeting in November!
After having to cancel and postpone the Annual Meeting in September due to lightening and rain, we’re happy to say we’ve rescheduled for November 23. We’ll hold the meeting inside at Trinity Heights United Methodist Church on N Fourth Street.
You’ll experience the great music of Bluebird Mountain with Sean Golightly, along with good company, good food (please bring something to share), and important updates from our Executive Director. In addition, we’ll also also be presenting F3’s Livable Community Award!
F3’s Livable Community Award has a long-standing and important history in the Flagstaff community. We’re happy to announce that this award has been revived after an absence of five years.
The F3 Livable Community Award goes to an individual, a couple, business, or a non-profit that demonstrates extraordinary commitment to building and sustaining the quality of life in Flagstaff. We received many great nominations from our members and are excited to announce the Awardee on November 23.
This will be a potluck so please bring something to share if you’re able to do so. We’ll supply a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Sunday, November 23, 4:00-6:00 pm at the Celebration Hall. Please enter the door on the east side of the church and once inside, continue straight until you see Celebration Hall.
Parking is available via the church’s most eastern entrance. There is a large lot at the top of the hill accessed through a smaller lot that is immediately adjacent to the eastern most entrance to the church The lot immediately adjacent to the east entrance contains accessible parking which may be a more appropriate for some attendees. We ask that you use the rear parking lot located behind and above the church building if you’re able to easily walk down the stairs to the east entrance. Once inside the east entrance, walk straight down the hallway to Celebration Hall.
I and the F3 Board and I are excited to see you on November 23rd!
Michele James
Executive Director
