FLAGSTAFF — At 12:45 pm on Thursday April 18 in the du Bois Center, room Aspen C, Dr. Jessie Finch will present a lecture on Operation Streamline entitled, “Criminalizing Migrants: Title 8 of the U.S. Code.”

Come to the talk and Dr. Finch will teach you about this little-known but significant federal policy during which 70 detained border crossers per day are given a group hearing before being sentenced to time in a for-profit prison prior to deportation.
