“This exhibition celebrates the beauty and diversity of Latinx culture and offers a platform for powerful voices and stories to be heard,” said Sedona Arts Center CEO Julie Richard. “The show resonates deeply with residents and visitors and fosters a greater understanding and appreciation of Latinx art.”
First debuted in 2023 and initially conceived by the late Gretchen Lopez, a longtime Sedona Arts Center artist and teacher, the exhibition received an overwhelmingly positive response from the community, helping SAC strengthen its commitment to diverse cultural offerings. This year’s show is another key step in SAC’s efforts to reflect the wide range of cultural narratives in the region.
“¡Qué Hermoso! offers an opportunity to explore the richness of our shared cultural landscape through the lens of art, and we are proud to program it once again for Sedona residents and visitors,” said Richard.
Our mission is to connect, enrich, educate and lead through the inspiring power of the arts and creative discovery.
