Originally launched in 2012 by a group of artists and allies, the Big Gay Art Show has become a joyful Sedona tradition. Now produced by Sedona Arts Center in partnership with Unify Sedona and at the request of Sedona Pride, it remains a dynamic space for expression and community.

Sedona Arts Center invites artists of all identities, backgrounds, and experience levels to submit work for the 2026 Big Gay Art Show — a vibrant juried exhibition celebrating the rich spectrum of creativity and allyship.

Since its founding in 2012 by artists and supporters from Sedona Arts Center and Sedona Pride, this exhibition has become a powerful annual tradition—honoring authenticity, inclusion, and self-expression. Now solely produced by Sedona Arts Center, The Big Gay Art Show continues to shine as a joyful, affirming space where emerging and established artists alike can share their vision, challenge norms, and connect with a passionate, supportive community.

All visual mediums are welcome. Share your story. Show your pride. Help us celebrate The Face of Diversity in all its bold, beautiful forms.
