FLAGSTAFF — During the June 16 Council Meeting, the Flagstaff City Council called a Special Election for Nov. 3, 2026 to present two questions to voters. On the ballot, residents will consider two questions related to public safety services; one to increase the local Transaction Privilege Tax (sales tax) by 0.5% to enhance public safety services, and the other to authorize a $40M bond to invest in public safety infrastructure and equipment.
