Did you know that Flagstaff is the world’s First International Dark Sky City? Organizations work to protect our night skies from light pollution and encourage community members to soak in our northern Arizona skies whenever possible. To experience the awe of the Milky Way and see planets up close, visit Buffalo Park for this year’s free Flagstaff Star Party, where there will be more than 30 telescopes and experts will speak about stars, planets and meteors.
