FLAGSTAFF — The Coconino Hispanic Advisory Council will present the second annual César E. Chávez Community Recognition Breakfast from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Friday, April 1 at Tacos Los Altos Westside, 2500 S. Woodlands Village, Flagstaff.
The event will honor Hispanic veterans, community and student leaders.
The guest speaker is Jose J. Cortez, who will share his story of working with the United Farm Workers Union and also on the KJZZ program “Making of the ‘Chavistas.’ ” Click here to listen to the program.
