Book Corner

Spring into spring with a good book! Conversations with Birds by Priyanka Kumar is a collection of essays by filmmaker and novelist Priyanka Kumar, looking at the importance of nature and the ways that the natural world can connect us. Environment for the Americas will be hosting a live webinar on the book on Thursday, April 27th at 6 p.m., Mountain Time. Register here.

Younger readers can get excited for warmer weather and adventures outdoors with The Hike by Alison Farrell. This beautifully illustrated book celebrates the fun of adventure, nature, learning, and playing outdoors.

Visit your local library or bookshop for these and other great reads, and enjoy a read at a Coconino County park or natural area on a sunny day!
