Coconino County Community Services Senior Nutrition Program staff and Flagstaff Subaru employee volunteers will deliver winter emergency meals to homebound seniors as a part of the 2018 Subaru Share the Love Event.
Subaru will also loan two vehicles to Coconino County Community Services for this Meals on Wheels winter emergency meals delivery event.
Through Jan. 2, 2019, Subaru of America will donate $250 for every new vehicle sold or leased to the purchaser’s choice of participating charities, one of which is Meals on Wheels. Since the Share the Love Event began in 2008, Subaru and its participating retailers have donated nearly 2 million meals, safety checks and friendly visits to seniors being served by local Meals on Wheels programs across the country.
