FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff’s Stormwater Section will begin restoring Cheshire Pond in the Cheshire Park area, north of the Museum of Northern Arizona, in November. The restoration project is expected to take several months and will be complete in 2026. During this time, the area will be closed off and access via the FUTS trail will be limited.
The restoration work will enhance the pond environment and improve conditions for local wildlife.
