Hard copies of the plan are also available for review at the City Hall Community Development Counter, the Downtown Library Information Desk, or the East Flagstaff Library Information Desk. To request a take-home hard copy of the plan, please email Elsa Erling at elsa.erling@flagstaffaz.gov.

Regional Plan Ballots Due May 19

Ballots for the Regional Plan Special Election were sent out to registered voters in the City of Flagstaff starting April 22nd.

The ballot asks voters in the City of Flagstaff to vote on whether to ratify or not ratify the Flagstaff Regional Land Use Plan 2045. Return your ballot in the mail or at a drop box by Tuesday, May 19th at 7 p.m.

Requesting a Replacement Ballot: If you lost, spoiled, or never received your ballot, you may request a replacement ballot by calling the Coconino County Recorder’s Office at (928) 679-7860 or toll-free at (800) 793-6181, or by visiting one of the replacement ballot sites listed below. If you wish to receive a replacement ballot in the mail, you must request one by May 8th.Otherwise, visit a replacement ballot site to vote with a replacement ballot in person.

Replacement Ballot Sites: 
Replacement Ballot Sites are open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Important Election Dates:
May 8: Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail.

May 11: Last day to mail back your ballot.

May 19: Election Day. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m.
