Be part of Northern Arizona’s biggest event! Volunteer with us and get:

Whether you’re in for 4 hours or 12 – we’d love to have you!

• Minimum of 4 hours required (one 4-hour shift)
• For every 4 hours, you will receive 2 admission tickets*, 1 parking pass, and a Volunteer Thank-you Bag.
• *Max 6 tickets per person. (Ex: If you volunteer for 12 hours, you will receive 6 tickets. If you volunteer for 16 hours, you will still receive 6 tickets.)

General Time Blocks:

• Morning (10 AM – 2 PM)
• Afternoon (2 PM – 6 PM)
• Evening (6 PM – 10 PM)

Volunteer Positions:

• Building Sitter: Assist in keeping buildings clean, answering questions, interacting with fairgoers, and ensuring exhibits are not tampered with.
• Check-In Booth: Check in volunteers, hand out thank you bags, and assist in logistics (hours vary slightly from general time blocks listed above).
• Information Booth: Provide general information, assist with lost and found, meet tons of people, and so much more!
• Merchandise Seller: Work with the Friends of Coconino County Parks to sell Fair items and raise money to support Coconino County Parks and Recreation (prior cash handling experience required).

Fair Information:

• Friday – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Monday – 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
