FLAGSTAFF — Celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month this September with the Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library and the American Library Association! We’re inviting everyone to discover the incredible resources and opportunities available at your local library by signing up for a library card at either of our locations, 3000 N. 4th St. or 300 W. Aspen Ave.

Today’s libraries are vibrant community centers offering much more than just books. At the Flagstaff Public Library, you’ll find diverse programs, book clubs, author talks, story times, and a wide range of popular books, DVD’s, music CD’s and games.

Did you know that the Flagstaff Public Library offers a Library of Things Collection for checkout? We have items such as a cordless drill kit, telescope, metal detector, sewing machine and more! There’s truly something for everyone at the Flagstaff Public Library.

Join us throughout September for our Library Card Sign-Up activities, including:

  • New Library Card Punch Card: Sign up for a library card and receive an activity punch card that can be entered in a raffle for a prize!
  • Library Card Bingo: Pick up a bingo card at the front desk of either location, complete the activities and be entered in a raffle with multiple prizes available.
  • Behind the Scenes Tour of the Library: Sept. 13, 4:30 -5:30 pm, at the Downtown Library (tours of the East Flagstaff location available throughout September, upon request/availability.)
  • Free replacement library cards during the month of September: Have an account, but lost your card? Stop by with your picture I.D. and get a free replacement during the month of September.

Don’t miss out! Visit the Flagstaff Public Library this September to sign up for a library card and discover all that your library has to offer.
