FLAGSTAFF — Coconino County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) is offering free backpacks (while supplies last) to students who receive back-to-school immunizations and sports physicals.
CCHHS is hosting a back-to-school event from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10 at the CCHHS Clinic, 2625 N. King Street, Flagstaff. Back-to-school immunizations and sports physicals will be available by appointment or walk-in. WIC, oral health and tobacco prevention services will also be available, plus Arizona Health Zone will have fun activities and a bounce house.
Immunizations and sports physicals are also available at the CCHHS Clinic Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Childhood immunizations are available via the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program or through insurance. Sports physicals are $30. Self-pay services are offered on a sliding scale and no one is denied services due to inability to pay.
