Public Participation Opportunities throughout the development of the City’s Annual Action Plan include:
February 29th, 2024 at 12:00 pm in City Council Chambers located in City Hall at211 W. Aspen Ave Flagstaff, AZ 86001
This Public Hearing will be held to review proposals submitted in response to the City of Flagstaff Program Year 2024 CDBG Notice of Funding Availability. Proposals will be reviewed, and other comments will be considered in preparation for recommendations to City Council regarding the allocation of funds.
March 25th, 2024 Flagstaff Housing Commission Meeting held at 1:00 pm virtually and at the Flagstaff Aquaplex located at 1702 N Fourth St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004
The Flagstaff Housing Commission will vote on whether to forward the ranking committee’s recommendations for CDBG funding allocations to the Flagstaff City Council with recommendation for approval. Public comment may be made and taken into consideration at this meeting. The meeting may be attended virtually by following the link found in the meeting agenda at https://www.flagstaff.az.gov/4153/Housing-Commission.
April 9th, 2024 Flagstaff City Council Meeting held at 3:00 pm virtually and at City Council Chambers located in City Hall at 211 W. Aspen Ave Flagstaff, AZ 86001.
Flagstaff City Council will discuss the 2024 Annual Action Plan and allocation of CDBG funds on Tuesday April 9th, 2024 during the Council Work Session. Public comment may be made and taken into consideration at the April 9th, 2024 Flagstaff City Council meeting. Council’s approval of the 2024 Annual Action Plan is scheduled for the Flagstaff City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024. Public Comment Period for Program Year 2024:
The draft Program Year 2024 Annual Action Plan will be available for public comment March 1st – April 5th, 2024. Visit www.flagstaff.az.gov/626/Community-Development-Block-Grants for a copy of the draft or call (928) 213-2749 or email kristine.pavlik@flagstaffaz.gov to request a copy of the draft in an alternative format.
Public comments are accepted by email, postal mail, and phone calls. Please submit all email comments to kristine.pavlik@flagstaffaz.gov and phone comments to 928-213-2749 by 5:00 pm on April 5th, 2024. All public comments submitted by postal mail must be postmarked by April 1st, 2024.
