FLAGSTAFF — A community meeting to discuss the proposed Arrowhead Village development will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 at Killip Elementary School, 2300 E. 6th Ave., Flagstaff.

A meeting previously scheduled with the developer at the same time at the Woodlands Hotel in Flagstaff was postponed until further notice.

In an Arizona Daily Sun story on Oct. 13 — Trailer park evictions loom in Flagstaff — it was reported that Landmark Properties is seeking to build student housing at the site of the current Arrowhead Village trailer park in west Flagstaff.

Residents of the trailer park, who say many in the neighborhood are low-income residents, have expressed their concern that they will either have find a place to relocate their trailers or lose them and find a more expensive place to live if the development is approved.
