At last Wednesday’s public hearing, the Flagstaff Planning & Zoning Commission elected to continue their discussion of the Regional Plan at a special meeting on Monday, September 29.

Monday, September 29, starting at 4:30pm.
City Hall Council Chambers (211 W Aspen Ave) or attend virtually.
At the special meeting, the Planning & Zoning Commission will finalize a list of conditions of approval for the Regional Plan, building on the work done at two public hearings on September 10 and September 24.
There will not be an opportunity for public comment on the Regional Plan at this meeting, as the public hearing concluded at the September 24 meeting. However, the Flagstaff community is invited to attend the meeting and continue to submit written comments to RegionalPlan45Comments@flagstaffaz.gov. Written comments will be considered by the Flagstaff City Council at the upcoming City Council hearing on the Regional Plan.
Following a formal recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Flagstaff City Council will hold a hearing on adopting the Regional Plan.

Thursday, October 9, starting at 3pm.

The Council hearing can be attended in person or virtually and includes opportunities for public comment. To submit written comments in advance, please email your comment to RegionalPlan45Comments@flagstaffaz.gov.
Note: These hearings are part of the City’s process for adopting the Regional Plan. Coconino County public hearing dates will be scheduled after adoption of the County’s Comprehensive Plan and updates will be provided via this newsletter.
Hard copies of the plan are also available for review at the City Hall Community Development Counter, the Downtown Library, and the East Flagstaff Library. To request a take-home hard copy, please email Elsa Erling at elsa.erling@flagstaffaz.gov.
